MRP Planning Sheet enhances your Odoo Manufacturing operations by introducing a structured planning tool for work orders. It helps production managers effectively schedule orders, monitor progress, and stay ahead of deadlines with automatic alerts for overdue work. This module also includes a professional PDF report feature, allowing you to generate and print planning sheets for meetings or shop floor tracking.

Features
By using this app, users no longer need to manually find the day's target for a Manufacturing Order. They can easily view their daily targets in the Plan Sheet menu. Additionally, they can manage the work orders and operations related to that Manufacturing Order directly from there. This makes it easy for users to track and manage their daily MO targets efficiently.
Allows users to plan and schedule multiple Manufacturing Orders (MOs) simultaneously, streamlining production planning and improving efficiency.
Users receive notifications when tasks are overdue, allowing them to quickly address delays and stay on track with production.
Easy generation of production reports in PDF format for analysis, sharing, and record-keeping.
Automatically calculates the progress of tasks.
Allows users to easily put production on hold and resume it later, providing flexibility in managing workflow disruptions.
MRP Planning Sheet
- Select the Manufacturing Orders and click on the 'Generate Plan Sheet' action from the Actions.

- Clicking the 'Generate Plan Sheet' action opens the Plan Sheet wizard, where you can add the Start Date, End Date, and Responsible Person.
- Then, click the 'Process' button. Clicking this button will create records for the MRP Plan Sheet.

- To view the created record, the user needs to navigate to Manufacturing >> Operations >> Plan Sheet menu.

- The Expected Duration is calculated based on the Start Date and End Date.
- The progress bar displays the task's progress based on the Expected Duration and Real Duration.
- Note: Displays an Alert message based on the Expected Duration and Real Duration.
- Clicking the 'Hold' button will pause the process.

- If the Real duration is more than the Expected Duration, a warning message will be displayed.

- Clicking the 'Resume' button will restart the process from where it was paused.

- User can Download the PDF report for the Planning Sheet details in , action >> Plan Sheet.
